My name is Eric Wilson, and I’d like to thank you for considering me as your personal chef in Jackson Hole.
In my 15 years of professional restaurant experience, I have created my own style of cooking. Making healthy, delicious food as a part of a memorable dining experience is my passion. Studying in France and Italy gave me a strong culinary background in French/Italian cuisine while working in Scandinavia and Canada broadened my culinary range and my ideas about how personal professional attention can make a huge difference in the lives of my clients.
When I moved to beautiful Jackson Hole, Wyoming in 2000, I began assembling an elite list of specialty purveyors for absolutely top quality artisan ingredients. It is truly a pleasure to work with and prepare beautiful food, one that I would love to share with you, your friends and family.
